Aremco's electrically and thermally conductive materials are formulated with various fillers, such as silver and nickel to achieve specific electrical and thermal conductivity properties.

Applications
- Heat sinks and heat spreaders: Bonding these to electronic components, enhancing heat dissipation and lowering component temperatures
- EMI/RFI shielding: Creating shielding enclosures, protecting sensitive electronic components from electromagnetic interference
- Electrical connections: Making electrical connections between components, providing reliable and durable electrical paths
- Die attach: Attaching semiconductor dies to substrates, ensuring efficient heat transfer away from the die
- Thermal interface materials (TIMs): Filling air gaps and voids between components, improving heat transfer and reducing thermal resistance

Electrically & Thermally Conductive Adhesives & Coatings (Aremco-bond®, Pyro-Duct®)	• Include epoxy and ceramic based adhesives and silicone and ceramic coatings • Have maximum working temperatures from 340 ºF (170 ºC) to 1700 ºF (927 ºC) • Use silver or nickel flake, aluminium, silver-coated glass, and aluminium nitride fillers • Applications include bonding materials to produce a conductive joint or to add a conductive coating to an insulating material
Electrically & Thermally Conductive Greases (Heat-Away®)	• Used in high power electronics, heat pipes, high vacuum systems, and other heat management applications • Have maximum working temperatures up to 680 ºF (360 ºC) • Use alumina, aluminium nitride, copper, and silver fillers
