Working within the Marketing department, I make sure all our customer records are up to date, as well as running reports and capturing marketing data for the team.

My previous job roles have always been customer or data orientated - meaning I have a customer focused mindset when analysing how PI-KEM communicates and connects with existing and new customers.

I really enjoy investigating our marketing data, as this enables us to create more tailored and targeted campaigns to ensure PI-KEM customers are receiving the information they want and need.
