I've 24 years of experience in customer service and administration and therefore bring a wide range of skills to the team.

I enjoy providing excellent Customer Service and communicating with our customers from start to finish, ensuring their experience with us is a great one. I have a keen interest in science and learning which relates perfectly to my role.
