Georgia Wardle
As Technical Specialist and working within the Marketing Team, my role is multi-faceted and diverse. Having a Masters degree in physics, my job is to communicate our scientific content through a range of media and channels. I enjoy keeping a close eye on market trends in both the academic and commercial research fields, and keeping track of PI-KEM’s role in published research.
As a STEM and careers champion, I help us to organise and participate in events and activities that inspire our future workforce and encourage young people to get involved in STEM. This is a personal passion of mine, as I worked for a student-ran outreach project during university that focussed on getting primary-aged children interested in science and space, and making them feel empowered to choose to pursue higher education, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
I look forward to representing and promoting PI-KEM at exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
