Fiona Wai

I am currently a Customer Service Assistant, supporting the Thin Films and Nanotech, Photonics and Optoelectronics and PI-KEM Hart Business Development Teams. My role is to check and process all customer purchase orders for these teams and to place orders with the suppliers.

An important part of my previous role at PI-KEM was administering new customer enquiries and directing them to the relevant team within the Sales department. I also documented papers published by research journals in order to ensure the critical R&D done using PI-KEM products is available for all customers to benefit from.

I have many years' of experience achieved from working within previous sales and marketing roles and I very much enjoy supporting our sales team to achieve business growth.
