Fiona Rouse

With a BSc (Hons) Zoology and PGCE in Secondary Education Fiona, a Science Teacher for 11 years progressed to Senior Management level before joining PI-KEM in 2007 as Sales Manager for Aremco, Film Coating, and Sputter Targets. She then progressed to General Manager and became Operations Director in 2014.

Responsible at PI-KEM for the Company strategic planning, day to day operations management, HR and Health and Safety.
